The existing website lacked a cohesive visual identity and metrics revealed the need for a more user-centric design. Expanding software features offered by the platform led to the addition of detailed illustrations and mockups establishing transparency, trust, and clarity of the product features.
With the newly redefined visual guidelines, updated content architecture, and intuitive navigation, the new website seamlessly blended form and function. The vibrant color palette and newly customized brand illustrations modernized the brand, while the refined brand voice helped to create an engaging and approachable atmosphere.
Implementing a simplified demo footer ensured visitors could quickly find the next step in their journey. Website metrics showed a significant uptick in engagement and an increase in leads, positioning the company for continued growth.
Driven by a need to better communicate product features and streamline the customer journey, all website product pages were redesigned to enhance messaging, update design, and improve functionality.
My focus in this initiative was to create a cohesive look and feel that was informed by the newly revised brand standards. This included updated graphics and imagery, customized illustrations, and an updated icon set to align with clear and concise brand voice.
By creating intuitive and visually-engaging elements, my design strategy elevated the overall UX and helped create a more effective and engaging digital experience, ultimately resulting in a significant increase in leads and engagement.
