Introducing this new Unified Communications product as an extension of the ENA voice product line required thoughtful branding strategy to differentiate it from the existing product offerings.

The choice to make the logo and icon design simple and recognizable ensured that it would be scalable within the app and be clearly identifiable among other apps on a crowded phone screen. The aim was to convey the product’s purpose, build customer recognition, and increase adoption rates.
